Dear Vendor Applicant,
Below is the application packet for the 2026 Flat Rock Summer Blast Festival. Your application
deadline is June 1, 2026. Vendor spaces are limited, and only a select number of vendors with similar
merchandise will be accepted. In some categories, only one vendor of its kind may be chosen. For this
reason, we encourage you to submit your application as early as possible.
Once your completed application and vendor fee have been received and approved, you will receive a
confirmation notice.
Space assignments will be distributed during vendor check-in on Thursday, July 16, 2026, from 9:00 AM to
2:30 PM.
All applications, photos, and product descriptions will be reviewed to ensure proper placement, product
quality, and a diverse vendor selection. Festival staff will evaluate applications based on merchandise type,
booth presentation, and how your offerings complement vendors already accepted.

Because vendor categories are limited, early submission is strongly recommended.
